The blades are hot forged from French steel (T14), made especially for Forge de Laguiole®, providing an exceptional cutting edge while guaranteeing a high durability.

The Sommelier knife was created in collaboration with professional Sommeliers and thus gives it its ergonomics, elegance, and efficiency.

Our Forge de Laguiole knives are handmade in our Forge de Laguiole cutlery workshop in Laguiole, Aubrac, according to the cutlery-making tradition dating back to 1828.

The handle of this knife is made of thuya . The material of natural origin their appearance (colour, veining, grain) is likely to vary from one item to another. The photos on our official online shop are not contractually binding. The size indicated indicates the length of the closed knife.
