Every detail is handmade within the Forge de Laguiole manufactory, located in the village of Laguiole, where the history of the Laguiole knife began nearly two centuries ago. Our blades are hot-forged in our workshops before being assembled, adjusted and finished by hand according to a knife-making tradition dating back to 1828. Each knife bears the signature of the craftsman who created it, making every piece truly unique.
