The blades are hot forged from French steel (T14), made especially for Forge de Laguiole®, providing an exceptional cutting edge while guaranteeing a high durability.

The Sommelier knife was created in collaboration with professional Sommeliers and thus gives it its ergonomics, elegance, and efficiency.

Our Forge de Laguiole knives are handmade in our Forge de Laguiole cutlery workshop in Laguiole, Aubrac, according to the cutlery-making tradition dating back to 1828.

The handle of this knife is made of compressed fabric, a composite material obtained from natural cotton fiber dyed with resin. This gives it its original color. The size indicated indicates the length of the closed knife.

These sets are available in nine materials selected to suit all tastes and sensibilities. Each material asserts its personality and every detail reflects the high standards of our craftsmanship.
