A Forge de Laguiole table knife from the Signature line, designed by Olivier Gagnère for the two Michelin star restaurant JY'S and its chef Jean-Yves Schillinger. This model has a white acrylic handle and two brass plates.
Simplicity and elegance are reflected in the new edition of this Forge de Laguiole knife. Another interesting detail is the bee, which in this case has the shape of a rice grain.
