«We have designed a table knife without any excess.
Faithful to the tradition of Forge de Laguiole, this Leon knife is a dialogue between modernity and the ancient world, authentic and far from the fashions, of the Bodega El Capricho.»
The inspiration was drawn from the heart of the ancient Kingdom of Leon, where we find this small town of Jiménez de Jamuz. There are caves dug into the clay soil, called «Bodegas», a cozy place where people meet with families and friends. The most famous of these caves is the bodega El Capricho, owned by José Gordon. Inherited from his grandparents, José converted this place to the temple of beef. Nearby and protective, Mount Teleno guards prehistoric treasures and labyrinths carved into the rock.
This knife is water resistant for easy maintenance.
