The Coutellerie d'Art Forge de Laguiole range includes the most remarkable and rare pieces from our workshops. Unique pieces that share all the Laguiole knife know-how acquired and handed down since 1987. Exceptional knives for lovers of fine cutlery.

Stéphane Rambaud was born in Lyon in 1968. He trained at the Ecole de Coutellerie de Nogent, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for Best Apprentice in 1987.
He joined the Forge de Laguiole in the summer of 2005. Stéphane Rambaud makes exceptional knives according to his inspiration or customer request.

Each knife in this Coutellerie d'art Forge de Laguiole range is entirely handcrafted.

This exceptional knife is a 12 cm 1-piece model, with a ebony handle, with chiselled"vertebra" spring and blade with brass plates. This knife has a skull and crossbones decorated with a brass band instead of a bee. This knife has a. A carbon damascus blade enhances this folding knife.
