Description

Our Collection range of sommelier knives features the emblematic forged bee and hand-ciseled guilloche. This touch of refinement recalls the heritage of exceptional knives. Each motif, precisely engraved by our cutlers, gives each piece a unique character, enhancing the sommelier's elegance.

It retains the ergonomics of Tradition sommelier knives, with a 5-turn conical corkscrew, a highly resistant support piece and a sharp blade for cleanly cutting the capsule.

The blade of the Forge de Laguiole® Sommelier knife is sharpened, allowing the capsule to be cut off cleanly and easily.

As most of the materials used are of natural origin, their appearance (colour, veining, grain) is likely to vary from one item to another. The photos on our official online shop are not contractually binding.

Our Sommeliers knives come with an elegant leather case.
