Christian Ghion designed this knife for the chef Gérald Passédat and his Marseilles restaurant "Le petit Nice".
Racy, elegant, with its bolsterless handle that runs like a sailboat hull in profile and its fluid blade, it is ultra-functional.
"The challenge was to design an object strongly evocative of the marine environment and therefore imbued with the personality of Gérald Passédat, but also carrying the DNA of the Forge de Laguiole" explains Christian Ghion.
This Laguiole knife, available for purchase on our online store, has the advantage of being water resistant to simplify its maintenance.
