The masterpiece foldable knife assortment includes the most remarkable and rare pieces from our ateliers comparable to the art of jewelry making. They are handcrafted, among others, by master knife smith, Stéphane Rambaud.


Stéphane Rambaud was born in 1968 in Lyon, France. He trained at the school for Cutlery and Knife Making in Nogent, where he was awarded the gold medal for best apprentice in 1987.


Stéphane Rambaud and our master knife-smiths create exceptional folding knives, many inspired by individual customers.


Each of these unique creations are entirely handmade in our ateliers in Laguiole.


This exceptional knife has a handle made out of black coral with a stylised bee. The spring is completely decorated by hand and has a double platine, these are the metal plates located on both sides of the spring. These as well are decorated by hand with a guillochage pattern.
