        Stéphane Rambaud, geboren 1968 in Lyon, zählt zu den bedeutenden Persönlichkeiten der französischen Messerschmiedekunst. Nach seiner Ausbildung an der renommierten Messerschule von Nogent erhielt er 1987 die Goldmedaille als bester Auszubildender Frankreichs. Seit seinem Eintritt bei Forge de Laguiole im Jahr 2005 entwirft und fertigt er außergewöhnliche Messer, die Tradition und kreative Ausdruckskraft miteinander verbinden.\r\n
